Processing Time (Production Time)

Most items are made to order.

• Standard processing time: 3–7 business days
• Custom or large orders may take longer depending on complexity

Processing time does not include shipping time.

You will receive a notification once your order has been completed and shipped.

Shipping Time

After your order is shipped, estimated delivery times are:

• Standard Shipping (USPS/UPS): 3–5 business days

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the carrier.

Total Delivery Time

Total delivery time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Example:
3–7 days (production) + 3–5 days (shipping)

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your package has been handed to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

• USPS, UPS, or other carriers
• weather conditions
• holidays or high shipping volume

If your package is lost, please contact the carrier directly. We will do our best to assist if needed.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of:

• the item
• the packaging
