Return & Cancellation Policy
Returns
We accept returns on eligible non-custom items within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be:
- Unused
- In original condition
- Returned with original packaging when possible
Custom & Personalized Items
Because our products are made-to-order and personalized, custom items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The wrong item was sent
- The item arrived damaged
- There was a production error on our part
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if production has not started.
Once production begins on custom items, cancellations may no longer be possible.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
