***Your $50 deposit is credited toward your approved rug price. It covers design consultation, artwork review, quote preparation, and creation of your initial digital proof. The deposit may be refunded only if we determine that we cannot complete your requested rug. Once design work has begun, the deposit is nonrefundable. No tufting will begin until you approve the final quote and digital proof.***

Bring Your Idea to Life

Each Divine Krystal Designs rug is individually tufted, shaped, trimmed, backed, and finished by hand. You can submit a name, photograph, business logo, pet, memorial idea, room theme, or original piece of artwork.

After we review your order, we’ll create a digital layout showing how your design will be adapted into a rug. You will have the opportunity to approve the layout before tufting begins.

How Ordering Works

1. Select your rug size and customization options.
2. Upload your design or inspiration image.
3. Complete your purchase.
4. Receive a digital design proof by email.
5. Approve the proof or request permitted adjustments.
6. We handcraft and finish your rug.
7. Your completed rug is shipped or prepared for local pickup.

Design Proofs

Your purchase includes one initial digital proof and up to two reasonable revision requests. Revisions may include color, wording, or placement adjustments.

A completely different design submitted after the first proof may require an additional design fee.

Handmade Variations

Every rug is created by hand. Small differences in size, shape, yarn placement, carving, and color are natural characteristics of a handmade product and are not considered defects.

Highly detailed photographs or illustrations may need to be simplified so that the finished design translates properly into yarn. We will discuss any necessary changes before production begins.

Production Time

Custom rugs generally require approximately 3–6 weeks after design approval. Larger or highly detailed rugs may require additional time.

Shipping and Local Pickup

Shipping is calculated according to the rug’s finished size, weight, and destination. Local pickup may be selected at checkout when available.

Returns and Cancellations

Because every rug is custom-made for a specific customer, completed custom rugs cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item arrives damaged or we made an error.

Orders may be cancelled before the digital proof is approved. Once the proof has been approved and production has started, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Design Rights

Customers are responsible for confirming they have permission to reproduce submitted photographs, logos, artwork, and other protected material. Divine Krystal Designs may refuse any design that cannot legally or appropriately be reproduced.

Custom rug prices vary according to size, design complexity, number of colors, finishing requirements, and shipping. Your personalized quote will show the complete price before production begins. You are not obligated to approve a quote that exceeds your budget; however, the design deposit becomes nonrefundable once design work begins.
