OUR PROCESS
1. Submit Your Logo
Upload your artwork and tell us what garments you’re interested in.
We review your file to ensure it is production-ready and recommend the best branding method — embroidery or DTF printing — based on your design and garment type.
If needed, digitizing services are available for embroidery.
2. We Prepare Your Quote
You’ll receive a clear, itemized quote outlining:
• Garment options
• Branding method
• Logo placement
• Estimated turnaround time
• Bulk pricing (if applicable)
Our goal is full transparency — no surprise charges.
3. Approve & Production
Once you approve the quote and submit your deposit, we provide a visual mockup for confirmation.
After final approval, your order moves directly into production.
Standard turnaround time is approximately 2 weeks depending on quantity and garment availability.
Rush services may be available upon request.

REQUIREMENTS & POLICIES
To ensure professional results, we require:
• High-resolution logo files (vector preferred: AI, EPS, SVG, or high-quality PNG)
• Minimum order of 5 garments
• 50% deposit to begin production
• Final mockup approval before printing or embroidery begins
• Client-supplied garments must be new and unwashed
Digitizing fees may apply for new embroidery designs. Digitizing may be discounted or waived for larger orders.
