Shipping rates are calculated based on your location. During checkout, you’ll have the option to select between UPS or USPS. Orders over $50 qualify for free shipping within the USA!

To keep your items looking their best:
- Machine wash cold
- Tumble dry low or hang to dry
For tie-dye items, we recommend washing them separately for the first wash to prevent any potential dye transfer.
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if there is an error on our part, we will happily issue a refund. Please contact office@divinekrystal.com with any concerns.

For the best results, please provide high-resolution images (at least 300 DPI) with clear lighting and focus. Low-quality images may result in less detailed prints.
Upon receiving your image, we’ll create a digital proof showing the design placement on the shirt. Production will only commence once you’ve approved this proof, ensuring you’re completely satisfied with the final product.
To design your own T-shirt, you can upload your design to the front of your tee and add custom elements like text. For some of our T-shirts, reverse side printing is also available.
We recommend submitting your images in JPEG, PNG, or TIFF formats. If you have a different format, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.
